Today In History
Today In History is the easiest/best way to get the history information you want when you want it. Are you ready to see more information than you can just glimpse and finish reading in only a few minutes?
Ever wake up and thought to yourself, “I wonder what historical events happened on this exact date, or any other date for that matter, in past years.” And shortly thereafter made the following proclamation, “My kingdom for a simple way to see such things”.
Ok, so maybe it doesn’t happen often,.
Our application will let you know what noteworthy things happened on this day, who was born, who died, and what holidays might land on this day as well. This day being whatever day you select, but initially it loads to the current day.
In order to join in on the fun you need to get our Today In History application today.
Today In History V. 1.3 brings about a new About Us page, a backup wikipedia page for when the main one goes down(which happens to be often, 
), and an offline mode!
- We don’t just have recent events or few events, we have most notable events in all of history, about a hundred entries a day.
- On top of the day’s events we show you the notable figures that were born/died that day, also what holidays and observances happened that day.
- Choose the date for which you want to see the information.
- Several Wikipedia links for every entry, don’t limit your learning to just our application, take it to the streets…. errr… internet.
